Responsibilities
- Prepare the OR, assemble equipment and supplies
- Absorb patient positioning
- Participate in surgical protocols
- Handle specimens
- Provide post-surgical care
- Respond to emergencies
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are met
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have at least one year of recent CVOR experience
- Valid RN license
- Currrent BLS certification
- IDEALY ACLS certification
- Requires critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina
- Technical dexterity
- The ability to work under pressure
