Requirements

• Current RN license (must meet criteria for Missouri licensure or already be licensed in Missouri)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (inpatient only)

Unit Information

• 26-bed unit
• Patient ratios: 3:1 or 4:1
• Equipment: Philips monitors, chest tubes, arterial lines, wound vacs, drains, EVDs, Nicom, BiPAP, Airvo
• EMR: EPIC
• Float requirements: rotational basis to critical-care cluster or med/surg

Hiring Profile

• Must-have skills/experience: 1 year ICU, inpatient only (unit is intermediate-level ICU)
• Patient types: neuro, trauma, alcohol withdrawal, respiratory distress, insulin drips
• Personality fit: team player
