Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $3,433 per week

About the role

We're looking for Cardiac Cath Lab RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Warwick, RI. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies effectively.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization as a way to diagnose heart conditions or as a treatment.
• Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
• Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Able to easily lift 20 pounds; moving or lifting patients may require lifting up to 50 pounds at times.
• Possess good skills for coping with stress in a fast‑paced environment and relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years recent acute care experience
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• 5 Years
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
