About the role
The Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) professional position involves working in a specialized cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing procedures that diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions. This assignment offers a comprehensive 13-week engagement with a focus on high-quality patient care and procedural support.
Schedule
- 4-10 hour shifts, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Rotating weekend on-call schedule, averaging 3-4 shifts per month
- On-call requirements: a couple of days per week with a callback time of 30 minutes
Requirements
- Illinois registered nurse (RN) license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of recent Cath Lab experience (5+ years preferred)
- Prior traveler experience preferred
- Current resume
- One reference from a Cath Lab supervisor within the past year
