Job Description & Requirements
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Brighton, Colorado. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts on July 27, 2026.
- One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
Required Qualifications

- Current ACLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS or ENPC Certifications
- RCIS certification
Essential Work Functions
- Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures
- Absorb and perform physical exams
- Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure
- Absorb and perform the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
- Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
- Recognize and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
- Absorb and perform arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression
- Transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
- Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
