About the role

Provide skilled nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Assess patients, prepare for procedures, assist with circulating and scrubbing roles, and monitor patients during and after procedures using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing roles in the Cath Lab
• Monitor patients using EMR systems and cardiac equipment
• Interpret EKG rhythms and manage invasive monitoring

Requirements

• Current Idaho RN license (Compact accepted)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Moderate/conscious sedation competency per facility policy
• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• One year of Cath Lab or cardiac experience preferred
• Proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation and invasive monitoring
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• One reference from entire work history required

Pay

Pay Rate: $2585.00 - $2718.00 per week. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
