Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,740 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab position in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Start date 10/26/2026, 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 9‑hour day shifts (flexible), travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in with physicians and assist during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Perform and support high‑risk PCI, structural heart cases (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman) and impella‑assisted interventions.
• Participate in cath lab team workflow (4‑person RN/tech teams, 3 interventional cardiologists) for fast‑paced scrub IR, cath, and structural heart procedures.
• Handle primary case types including diagnostic caths, PCI, and structural heart procedures.
• Adhere to float policy (Cath Lab only) and on‑call requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in cardiac cath lab.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (or equivalent).
• Epic charting experience.

Skills

• Strong scrubbing skills with physicians.
• Proven experience with structural cases: TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman.
• Expertise in high‑risk PCI procedures.
