Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,740 per week
Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the cardiac catheterization lab, supporting procedures such as PCI, heart catheterizations, and port placements. The position offers flexible shift options, with either 10- or 12-hour days, and requires collaboration with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Job Details
Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026.
Required Qualifications
BLS, ACLS certifications;
2 years of experience in a Cath Lab;
Kentucky nursing license or equivalent;
Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system and McKesson hemodynamic support;
Experience supporting cardiac and vascular procedures;
Ability to scrub and assist with Cath Lab procedures.
Support within the Department
Manager, 2 cardiologists, 1 vascular specialist, 4 techs, 4 nurses plus charge nurse.
Technology/Equipment
Cerner EMR (preferred), Plum 360 IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, McKesson hemodynamic system (preferred), Philips and GE Cath Lab equipment.
