Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - $2,606 per week

About the role

Travel RN – Cath Lab position in Wichita, Kansas. Join the Cardiovascular Lab team at Wesley Medical Center for a 13-week assignment with a 10-hour day shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM). This is a 1:1 patient care environment with a small, experienced team performing a mix of interventional cardiac procedures.

• Unit: Cardiovascular Lab
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Unit Size: 4 beds
• Team: 9 RNs and 3 techs
• EMR: Meditech
• Cath Lab System: Mac-Lab
• Equipment: Philips fluoroscopy

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 patient care in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Assist with interventional cardiac procedures, including:
  • Cardiac drips
  • Angioplasty
  • Stent placement
  • Other interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Take call approximately 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Mac-Lab experience
• Meditech experience
