Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services in an outpatient ambulatory-care setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
• Assist patients and medical staff in daily clinic operations
• Maintain current skills and certifications
• Participate in educational programs
• Adhere to infection-control policies
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Schedule

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Assignment duration: 19 weeks (11/02/2026 – 03/15/2027)

Requirements

• Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or another U.S. state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of primary-care experience
• Knowledge of nursing process, customer-service principles, safety, and infection-control principles
• Skills in patient assessments, specimen collection, and equipment use
• Ability to multitask, work independently, teach, problem-solve, and develop effective working relationships
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Physical endurance consistent with ambulatory clinical duties

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
