Travel Nurse RN - Ambulatory Care - $2,800 per week

About the Role

GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for Ambulatory Care in Norwell, Massachusetts. The role involves working in a urology ambulatory practice with day shifts and office hours, administering medications/treatments, managing patient communications, and educating patients before/after procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Handle telephone communication with patients
• Perform instillations
• Educate patients before and after urology procedures in an ambulatory setting

Requirements

• Associates in nursing (minimum), BSN preferred
• 2 years minimum acute care experience
• Experience with catheters and drains preferred
• Urology or chemotherapy/oncology experience preferred
• Ambulatory, ED, or procedural experience preferred
• Phone triage or walk-in triage experience a plus
• Required: Ambulatory clinic experience, phone triage experience, minimum of 1 year acute care/inpatient, comfort with catheters/catheterizations
• Preferred: Urology experience (ambulatory or acute care)
• Highly desirable: Chemo/oncology experience

Schedule

40 hours per week, no weekends, no evenings, no nights, no holidays. Day shifts/office hours.
