About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel position in the Progressive Care Unit in Nederland, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, observing patient responses
- Conduct focused reassessments and escalate issues through appropriate clinical channels
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and medication administration
Schedule
12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
