Travel Nurse - PACU

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care for a travel opportunity. The role involves coordinating patient flow, communicating clinical information during handoffs, administering medications and IV therapies, performing peri-procedural assessments, and maintaining sterile techniques to prevent infections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively during handoffs
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions
• Perform assessments and document care
• Maintain sterile techniques

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PACU or related setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts.
