Role: Registered Nurse in a float pool providing direct patient care in acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity. Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice, prioritize patient wellness, contribute to safety and quality, precept new staff, and support evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills: Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year nursing experience, BLS certification, and ability to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
