Provides patient care using the nursing process, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote health and restore well-being. Combines caring, knowledge, and integrity to ensure safe, quality care that respects patient autonomy and dignity. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Participate in healthcare improvement activities
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team
- Provide clinical leadership
- Support lifelong learning and goal achievement
Qualifications & Skills
- Computer literacy
- RN licensure; BLS certification within 14 days of hire
