Travel Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel nursing role in Med Surg / Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to patient conditions using established protocols.
• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.

Schedule

• 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts.

Pay

• Approximately $10,263/month gross.
