About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in Med Surg / Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
• Support seamless care transitions through handoffs and updates.
• Maintain infection control and safe medication practices.
• Conduct focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members on patient care activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and medication safety standards.
