We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel nursing role in Weldon Spring, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient and family education on care plans and discharge needs
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels
• Supporting safe transitions of care with handoffs and updates
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
• Delivering high-quality patient care during 12-hour shifts
• Ensuring effective communication and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a Med Surg setting
