About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel nursing role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Ability to perform focused reassessments, escalate concerns, and support safe patient care transitions.
• Proficient in assessing patient status, responding to changes, and documenting interventions accurately.
• Strong clinical judgment and adherence to established protocols.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work 13-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Respond to patient status changes using clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions.
