About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 14-week assignment starting July 21, 2026, in Waterloo, New York.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to new nurses
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Experience managing a nursing staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
