About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in Oklahoma
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN
- Experience managing a team of nurses
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Ability to relocate to Oklahoma City for the duration of the assignment
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
