About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel nursing role in hospice palliative care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, assessments, and symptom screening according to protocols
- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical teams
- Apply infection prevention practices during patient interactions
- Provide high-quality patient care in a travel setting
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
