Registered Nurse position in an Emergency Department with Level I Trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac care capabilities. This role emphasizes professional success, personal well-being, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practices.
• Precept new staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Provide emergency care including trauma response in a high-acuity setting.
• Utilize evidence-based models to support patient safety and outcomes.

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum 1-year nursing experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC/ATCN, and BLS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Proficiency in emergency care up to Level 1 trauma standards.
