About the Role

Provides high-level nursing care in an emergency department setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care in a fast-paced, technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU.
• Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare team members.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
