About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 14-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in New York, New York.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses in a critical care/stepdown/med surg setting
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Develop and implement nursing education programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State RN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing management experience
- Experience in critical care, stepdown, or med surg settings preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (10 hours, 40 hours per week)
- Ability to relocate to New York, NY
