About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 12-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Kearney, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Assess staffing needs and coordinate with scheduling to meet departmental requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
- Experience managing a nursing staff
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
