About the role

The OB/GYN Director is needed to lead a birthing center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the birthing center
• Manage staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
• Ensure quality care and safety standards are met

Requirements

• BSN required, MSN, MHA preferred
• BLS and EFM certifications

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of leadership experience in an OB/GYN setting
• Experience managing a birthing center
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations
