Travel Nurse - Dialysis

Seeking an experienced RN - Dialysis for a travel opportunity in Elgin, Illinois. Must have 2+ years of dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting care coordination to ensure continuity of care
• Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings per protocols
• Administering therapies and monitoring for adverse reactions or condition changes
• Coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up with clinical and administrative teams

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
