We are seeking an experienced RN – Dialysis for a travel assignment in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Document care provided, patient responses, and communications in medical records.
- Communicate clinically relevant updates to healthcare providers for timely decisions.
- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow‑up care with clinical and administrative teams.
- Conduct patient intake, assessments, and symptom screening according to clinic protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
