Travel Nurse - Dialysis

About the role

We are seeking a qualified RN - Dialysis for a travel assignment in Racine, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, assessments, and symptom screening following clinic protocols.
• Support care coordination among providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer prescribed therapies and monitor patients for adverse reactions or condition changes.
• Provide quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Work 36 hours weekly across 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and patient monitoring abilities.
• Effective care coordination and communication skills.
