Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for dialysis patients, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, delegate tasks, educate patients and families, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure proper lab procedures and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
• Current state licensure
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last two years, including a minimum of 3 months in hemodialysis
