Seeking an experienced RN - Dialysis for a travel assignment in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Documenting patient care, responses, and communications in medical records
- Providing clinically relevant updates to healthcare providers
- Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings per protocols
- Coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong documentation, communication, and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
Pay
