About the role

Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Passaic, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
• Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain the procedure to them.
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment and record data accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document patient information and results in medical records.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey license and AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Additional certifications related to nuclear medicine preferred.
• 2 years of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
• Shift: 8 hours, days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
