About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel position in Passaic, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Responsible for providing quality imaging.
- Works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Requirements
- Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience.
- At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT.
- Current BCLS required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Needs CT/Fusion Certification.
Schedule
- Duration: 12 weeks.
- 40 hours per week.
- Shift: 8 hours, days.
- Employment Type: Travel.
