Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine procedures
- Obtain and document patient history
- Explain procedures to patients
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Measure and prepare radiopharmaceuticals
- Administer medications within scope of practice
- Conduct quality assurance checks
- Adhere to radiation safety standards
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Produce clear diagnostic images
- Support diagnostic processes
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Registered in Nuclear Medicine with ARRT or NMTCB
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Proficient in handling and maintaining imaging equipment
- Strong focus on patient comfort and safety
- Accurate and thorough documentation skills
