About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Rancho Mirage, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures
- Administer radioactive pharmaceuticals to patients
- Record patient data accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
Requirements
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification
- AHABLS certification
- Radiology license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nuclear medicine technology
Qualifications
- Experience in nuclear medicine technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
