About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare and administer radioactive pharmaceuticals to patients.
- Operate equipment to acquire images and record patient data.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Nebraska.
- Completion of an accredited program in nuclear medicine technology.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
