About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and includes benefits such as holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat various diseases.
  • Prepare patients for imaging studies, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Document patient information accurately and prepare reports for physicians.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred, but exceptional candidates with strong passion may be considered.
  • Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
  • Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

Pay
