About the role

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
  • Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures
  • Administer radioactive tracers and monitor patient responses
  • Record and report patient data accurately
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Maine
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine techniques and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, days.
