Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Orange, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to ensure their comfort and understanding.
- Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient responses during imaging sessions.
- Record and report patient data accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- Current California State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in nuclear medicine.
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine equipment and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
