About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Rockford, Illinois. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with a 40-hour workweek and an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to them.
- Operate equipment to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Illinois.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection.
- Excellent communication skills.

Benefits
