About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week position starting July 27, 2026 in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, including administering radiopharmaceuticals and positioning patients appropriately.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in nuclear medicine procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and prepare reports for physicians.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Virginia.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
