About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Lithonia, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Operate equipment to acquire images and record data accurately.
- Document patient information and results in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality control measures.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Georgia.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
