About the role

• Responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Accurately documents patient information and procedures in the charting system (Meditech).

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to protocol.
• Position patients appropriately for imaging studies.
• Operate equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after procedures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Florida.
• Knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Proficiency with Meditech charting system.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.

$1913.84 to $2180.40 weekly.

Schedule

Days shift: 4, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:30).
