Job Details

Seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician with a specialty in Cardiology.

Job Requirements

• NH Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy license required.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Schedule Information

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday.
• Shift from 07:00 to 15:30.
• No call or weekend shifts.

Additional Details

• Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
• TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if break exceeds 6 months.
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if break exceeds 6 months.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if break exceeds 6 months.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Two references within 4 years required for submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• Education verification through background check required.
• Social Security Number trace required with criminal check.
• National sex offender check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• Exclusion checks required within 30 days of start and annually.
• New Hampshire state checks required within 30 days prior to start date and updated if break exceeds 30 days.
• Name change documentation required if credentials do not match current legal name.
• TB symptom survey required if positive PPD, completed prior to start and updated annually.
• Candidate submission coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility.
• Beeline attestation completed by all new applicants after registration.
