About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional to join our team in Boston, MA. This position will be working in the NICU and will involve various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, albuterol, ARDS, aspiration, atrovent, bag and mask, biPAP, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, bronchoscopy, bubble CPAP, COVID, CPAP, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP, cystic fibrosis, ECMO, emergency department, et tube, extubation, flovent, fresh tracheostomy, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), high frequency jet ventilator, high frequency jet ventilator, high frequency oscillator, imv/simv, inhaled steroids, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), intubation assist, metered dose inhaler (MDI), mucomyst, nasal airway placement, nasal airway suctioning, near drowning, neonatal transports (inter-departmental), nicu, nitric oxide (INO), oral airway placement, oral/nasal suctioning, oxygen tanks, patient transport (inter-departmental and ambulance transport), pediatric critical care, pediatrics, pneumonia, pressure/volume ventilator, protocol driven ECMO, pulmicort, pulmonary hygiene, racemic epinephrine, respiratory distress syndrome, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), respiratory therapy administration, simv (synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation), sputum specimen collection, suctioning (ETT, NT), tobramycin, trach collar, tracheostomy care/management, transient tachypnea of the newborn, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, ultrasonic, weaning from mechanical ventilation, xopenex, pediatric ECMO, priming ECMO circuits

Requirements

  • BLS, PALS, RRT, RRT-NPS certifications
  • 4 years of experience in respiratory / neuro diagnostics

Experience in NICU settings is required. Must have extensive knowledge and skills in the areas listed under 'Skills'.

$2,653.00 to $2,883.00 weekly
