About the role
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional to join their team at a NICU in Concord Township, OH.
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory and neurodiagnostic assessments
- Document findings accurately in the electronic health record (Epic)
- Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings to healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- BLS certification required
- Current license to practice in Ohio
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of neonatal care and neurodiagnostic techniques
Skills
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
