About the role

We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care night shift position. You will provide specialized care for neonatal patients, support high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries, and manage advanced equipment such as ventilators, blood products, and cooling devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neonatal care to critically ill infants
• Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries
• Manage advanced neonatal equipment, including ventilators, blood products, and cooling devices
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Administer emergency medications and perform neonatal dosage calculations
• Provide feeding management and line care
• Float between facilities as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 3 years of NICU experience
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Proficiency with neonatal procedures, including ventilator management and line care
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Full SSN and DOB required for background check
• Prior professional references from the last three years
