Requirements

• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting
• Active RN license
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals in the NICU.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns requiring high‑technology support such as ventilators, incubators, or surgery.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking while adhering to nursing standards and supervising patient care.

Pay

Weekly pay and direct deposit; pay package based on 6‑hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
