About the role
We are seeking a NICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level III or IV NICU and possess strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess patients, providing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
- Educate families about the care of their infants and ongoing health needs.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of NICU experience.
- Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is mandatory.
- Must be available for Every Other Weekend (EOW) shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
